If YES, come join us as our new Content Creation & Marketing Communication Intern.
In this role you will work closely with a the senior management of the company, external agency and other IT professionals and will be primarily responsible for development and maintenance of the company internal CRM system, in accordance to the company quality standards.
Your key responsibilities:
- Creation of blog and knowledge articles for our website
- Creation and design of social media posts
- Community management
- Copywriting and setup of CRM newsletters and SMS communications
- Translation support
- Proofreading and troubleshooting
- Collaboration on various marketing activities and campaigns
- Market research and analysis – financial services
To be successful for the role you must possess:
- Completed training, studies or further education with a focus on marketing, communication, finance
- Interest and knowledge in e-mail marketing, community building, social media management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English (German is an advantage)
- Have a positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong focus on development
