Junior B2B Financial Advisor

In this role you will work closely with a team of support staff and be primarily responsible for attracting new and managing existing business clients, as well providing the most appropriate solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
Your key responsibilities:
- Attract new customers to PrestaFlex services, by providing financial advice across a spectrum of needs in corporate finance and cash management.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, by undertaking quality conversations to understand their needs and provide strategic holistic advice.
- Be the focal point for clients to assist with complex decisions in difficult circumstances regarding their financial needs.
- Develop advice that is in the best interest of the client, acting within regulatory and ethical guidelines.
- Structure and prepare best in class documentation to guarantee successful outcome for our customers and minimize follow up for our partners.
- In charge of administrative process from application to payment, by strict follow up with customers and partners.
To be successful for the role you must possess:
- 2+ years’ experience in financial services, accounting or B2B support.
- Willingness to take own initiative and provide advisory.
- Admin and organizational skills.
- Must have high attention to detail.
- High personal and professional standards.
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
- Fluency in German/French and English.
