The transport for people with limited mobility is characterized by two options

In Switzerland there are two options to provide transport for people with mobility disabilities: private and public transport. The majority of journeys today are made thanks to private transport, which is made up of independent drivers, professional drivers, volunteers or civilians. However, these services need to be organized and booked in advance. For this reason, the accompaniment by public transport could increase the autonomy of people with reduced mobility but is not very common yet.

However, without the necessary aids and accompaniments for people with limited mobility, it is difficult or impossible to have access to medical care, work or even school.

Transportation for students with disabilities, a critical enabler for access to education

Education is a fundamental right that must be guaranteed to every human being. Access to education is not only essential for society through the economic, social, and cultural development it allows, but it leads to a fulfilling social life.

In Switzerland, the educational system is managed at the cantonal level. While some cantons favor inclusive education, others prefer to maintain specialized institutions. However, whether it is to go to an inclusive or a specialized class, the travel of children with disabilities is largely done by private transport. These can be organized by the surroundings, associations, organizations, or companies.

PrestaFlex financed a CHF 490'000 leasing to a transport company for people with limited mobility

Supporting the private transport infrastructure is essential to ensure access to education for all children.

This summer, PrestaFlex supported access to education for children with disabilities through the financing of a company that is not only specialized in vehicles rental but also in transportation for individuals and for people with reduced mobility, especially pupils.

Following the implementation of a new contract, the company faced an exciting opportunity growth. After a detailed analysis of the company financial status, we provided a solution tailored to our client's needs and in its best interest - a leasing financed in only 5 weeks, with the following conditions:

Amount of CHF 490'000

Payable in 60 months

Interest rate of 3%

In addition to this, PrestaFlex assured the possibility for our customer to obtain the leasing without changing of bank account, which considerably reduced the administrative burden.
