For the initial assessment of your request, PrestaFlex needs a description of the financial needs and the intend of use. You can start a financing request here via the online application, e-mail or phone call.
Once the requested documents have been submitted, it takes about 3 to 5 days to analyse, research and provide you with a tailored and optimal solutions. After that, it takes up to 10 days for signing all the documents and receiving the payment. We recommend to contact us at as early as possible stage, when you need financing. This may significantly reduce the time of receiving the amount.
An application fee is paid by the SME applying, which enables PrestaFlex to start working on: developing expert financial overview, consisting of reporting, solvency and liquidity statements, as well providing various financial solutions. This fee depends mainly on the complexity and the amount requested. Complex cases that deviate from the standard financing structures are agreed individually.
A success fee (payable only once), expressed as a percentage of the received fund, is paid by the SME and is calculated on the basis of the total amount of financing obtained by PrestaFlex.
For example: for the negotiation of an SME financing in the amount of CHF 500,000, a one-time success fee of CHF 12,500 (2.5% of the amount granted) is payable when the client has received the financing in the bank account. An application fee of CHF 800 is charged and is due upon signing of a mandate.

The data entered remain with PrestaFlex. It is secured, stored on a server in Switzerland and, of course, treated as strictly confidential.
